Responsibilities Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationships with co-workers. Delivers a high level of customer service to assure positive patient experience. Completes comprehensive nutritional evaluations on all identified patients per VNAHG policy. Communication is maintained among team members as well as patient and caregivers to ensure ability to implement nutrition plan of care. Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies. Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance. Qualifications BS in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition. Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Experience with culturally diverse population. Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. Computer experience preferred. Valid driver’s license. Working Conditions / Physical Demands Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, use of phone and tablet for documentation. In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $32.00 to USD $42.00.
