Fast-Paced Logistics: Warehouse Laborers Wanted in Chehalis!

Are you a physically fit, hard-working individual looking for a reliable, high-volume warehouse role with great overtime potential? American Workforce Group has partnered with a major third-party logistics provider in Chehalis, WA to hire dedicated full-time Warehouse Laborers to support large-scale retail distribution operations. In this high-stamina position, you will hand-palletize freight, stack and wrap pallets, and perform heavy loading/unloading duties in a fast-paced environment. If you bring strong physical grit, a safety-first mindset, and high reliability to every shift, we want you on the warehouse floor!

• Perform general warehouse duties including hand-palletizing, stacking, shrink-wrapping, and packing freight securely for transit.
• Safely load and unload high-volume freight shipments to keep distribution lines moving smoothly.
• Consistently hit shift production goals in a fast-paced, physical logistics hub.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free, and well-organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Follow all standard facility safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and maintain high situational awareness around material handling equipment.

• Pay Rate: $17.13 / hour (Plus excellent opportunities for high-volume overtime as needed!).
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Enjoy steady weekday shifts with overtime opportunities!).
• Shift Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Full-time daytime schedule).
• Location: Chehalis, WA logistics facility.
• Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire path featuring long-term local career stability.

• Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or heavy general labor is preferred.
• Physical capability to handle heavy industrial labor—must be able to lift 75+ lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Stamina to stand, stoop, bend, push, pull, and perform active manual labor for long shifts.
• Safety-focused mindset with high personal accountability and attention to detail.
• Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable personal transportation.
