The TL;DR Role: Early Career Location: In-person Pay: $70000 yearly Mission: This person will support the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy and contributing to process improvements for a growing organization. Tech Stack: ERP systems, Microsoft Excel What You'll Actually Do Month-end Support: Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and supporting schedules. Financial Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data. Operational Accounting: Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and vendor communication. Financial Reporting: Assist with financial reporting, including the preparation of balance sheets and income statements. Process Contribution: Contribute to process improvements and help establish standardized accounting procedures. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, establishing foundational knowledge in accounting principles. Experience: Experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and exposure to accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
