IT Cybersecurity Specialist (Infosec)

Systems Administration Leadership
You will provide direct leadership and technical oversight for the Systems Administration team.
You will establish and communicate clear team goals, delegates complex technical tasks, and sets deadlines to ensure operational alignment with branch objectives.
You will represent the team as the primary System Administration technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) at lab meetings, site surveys, and planning sessions.
You will collaborate with the Chief Engineer, fellow team leads, and mission partners to architect and develop new technology solutions that advance the division's Digital Transformation and Digital Engineering efforts.
You will hold regular team meetings to disseminate information, assign and review tasking, and foster a collaborative environment, and mediate and resolve internal conflicts to maintain team cohesion and productivity
