We publish long-form thought leadership on YouTube. Short-form platform-native content for social. Product marketing video for web. Event coverage from major industry conferences.

We are a fully remote company. There is no central office studio. This role designs and leads a modern, distributed production system that delivers consistent, high-quality video across locations.

This is a senior, strategic production role. Behind the camera. Influencing what gets produced, not just executing what is scripted.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shape the video content roadmap across YouTube, short‑form platforms, and web
• Recommend recurring formats and series aligned to brand and GTM priorities
• Partner with Content and Social to align video with product launches and thought leadership
• Advise on hooks, pacing, retention, thumbnails, and platform‑native structure

You think in systems and series, not one‑off projects.

Distributed Production System

• Design and standardize FlexOffers’ remote video production framework
• Build and manage portable executive recording kits
• Conduct remote tech checks and live direction sessions
• Ensure visual and audio consistency across multiple remote contributors
• Establish brand standards for framing, lighting, backgrounds, and sound
• Lead filming for remote and in‑person shoots
• Direct executives and subject‑matter experts during recording
• Deliver long‑form YouTube episodes and short‑form vertical cutdowns
• Optimize outputs for platform specifications and performance

AI-Enabled Workflow

• Integrate AI tools for editing, captioning, clipping, and repurposing
• Increase production velocity without compromising quality
• Continuously test and evaluate emerging AI video technologies

Event & Field Production

• Travel to select industry events for on‑site capture
• Coordinate with local contractors when needed
• Produce executive interviews and recap content under live conditions

Performance & Optimization

• Analyze YouTube retention curves, watch time, and click‑through rates
• Collaborate with Social to test and refine formats
• Adjust structure and pacing based on measurable engagement data

What Makes You a Fit

• 5–8+ years in video production with strategic ownership
• Experience building or scaling YouTube or short‑form channels
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage remote production environments
• Experience directing executives or non‑professional on‑camera talent
• Hands‑on proficiency with AI‑powered editing and repurposing tools

You are comfortable operating independently in a remote‑first environment.

You know how to create production quality without a centralized studio.

You understand that authority on YouTube is built on retention and consistency.
