Performance Support Manager

The Performance Support Manager will provide oversight and governance for the operational support and project analytics processes across their assigned Engineering Regions and/or National Lines of Business via the centralized Performance Support Organization. These processes will include project setup, Work in Progress (WIP) tracking, Accounts Receivable tracking, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) development and tracking, resource allocation and sharing, work management processes and other performance support functions as assigned by the Director Performance Support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complexity of Work: Complex; established procedures not available. Major decision making.

Relationship Outside Work Group: Influences decisions of major nature. High degree of tact and diplomacy to obtain favorable decisions or maintain good will.

Education and/or Experience: Required Associates degree (AA or equivalent from two-year college or technical school). Preferred A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or University in Accounting, Business Administration or experience equivalent to 5 years.

Experience: 3-5 Year(s) Experience in business analytics and/or project management and/or project controls

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: PMP certification preferred.

On-the-Job Training: Training in Accounting and Project Management systems used within Pike will be required. The time requirement for training will vary.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to write reports, Business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret spreadsheets.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Other Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft suite, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, Oracle.
