Responsibilities Providing assistance to residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking Administering medications and injections to residents based on physicians’ orders recorded in medical charts Ensuring the cleanliness of the environment, which may involve light housekeeping duties Complying with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures Monitoring for changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicating any changes to the supervisor Following the schedule and assisting residents with repositioning Adhering to procedures regarding documenting medications accurately Utilizing good judgment in providing client care and ensuring their safety Assisting other team members with their duties as necessary Responding to call lights and assessing residents’ needs promptly Obtaining meal trays and assisting with eating Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor Benefits Room for growth Employee recognition events Paid time off starting day one Medical, dental and vision benefits for full-time employees (30 hours or more) Paid orientation and training Requirements Ability to pass a criminal background check Minimum age of 18 years old Experience in medication administration and working with seniors High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation Availability to work every other weekend is required Daily pay, access your pay when you need it #J-18808-Ljbffr Homestead Healthcare
