Scope The Microsection Inspection Prep performs testing of products within the dry lab department. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and complete work on a daily basis. Work with chemicals such as alcohol and acrylics. Work on microsections and possess knowledge of different microsections. Perform testing of products and complete all required documentation. Communicate regularly to supervisors and managers, suggest procedural changes, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and report safety hazards and issues. Generate, accumulate, and handle hazardous wastes generated in daily operations as directed by the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager. Report all accidents, near misses and safety concerns; perform job duties utilizing required protective equipment; fully participate in safety training and understand and follow directions identified in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and all safety procedures and alerts. Presentation, computer and general interpersonal skills. Ability to read and understand procedures and blueprints. Work up to 9 hours a day, 5 days a week, with flexibility to work on weekends. Stand up to 8 hours per day. Good reading vision and hearing perception, and ability to speak clearly. Fine motor skills and rapid mental‑muscular coordination. Compensation for roles at TTM varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for positions that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado.
