Job Title: Rapid Response RN Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2+ years License: RN License required Certifications: ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - 5 years of ICU experience - Dedicated rapid response role Description: This position is for the rapid response team, and staff members are not assigned to specific patients. The team is responsible for providing assistance across the facility in collaboration with core staff members. This role involves high-stakes situations and requires the ability to act quickly and effectively. Candidates must have extensive experience in critical care settings. Compassion and the ability to work well with other healthcare professionals are essential traits. The position requires a strong skill set in handling cardiac arrests, trauma, and other critical interventions. This role is critical in ensuring patient safety and quality of care within the healthcare environment. Rotating weekends are part of the schedule, but there is no on-call requirement.
