Summary Performance-driven salesperson responsible for achieving boutique sales targets through client discovery, storytelling, upselling and collaboration. Acts as a brand ambassador to build long-term client relationships, leveraging omnichannel touchpoints and clienteling tools while supporting boutique operations and visual merchandising. Responsibilities Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and KPIs monitoring. Develop and maintain client relationships via outreach, appointments and personalised clienteling. Support omnichannel sales efforts and use digital tools to optimise the client experience. Perform daily store processes including inventory, cash handling, security, store opening/closing and aftersales coordination. Execute visual merchandising, window presentation and maintain store standards and grooming guidelines. Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail. Knowledge of and passion for watches, lifestyle trends and new technologies. Fluent in English and the local language; a third language is a plus. Strong selling skills, client discovery, storytelling, upselling and closing; understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs. Proficiency with digital retail tools (eg.
