Flexible schedules Inviting culture and fun work environment Job Responsibilities: Oversee and direct the restaurant operations: schedule work assignments, set priorities, direct the workflow of staff Give clear directions and communication to crew members Ensure all operational/safety procedures are followed: audits, temperature checks and required record keeping Process comps/voids/discounts using the Shift Leader approval procedures Ability to step in to any position Effectively resolve customer complaints or issues Resolve/document employee issues for management following guidelines Perform all other duties as assigned Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills Ability to supervise employees in a positive and respectful manner Customer service mindset and ability to effectively communicate with unhappy customers/employees Must be able to maintain confidentiality Ability to handle difficult situations and persons in a positive and professional manner Advanced oral and written communication skills with the ability to write job-related items in a clear, precise manner Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in the fast food, family dining or casual dining environment We are looking for a minimum of 6 months to one year of experience as a Shift Leader Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen Must be 18 or older to apply
