The CP collaborates closely with the assigned RN to provide safe, quality, patient‑centered care. Activities that cannot be delegated to unlicensed assistive personnel include assessment and evaluation of the impact of interventions on patient care. Estimated pay: $17.79 – $23.13 per hour, depending on experience. Qualifications High School diploma, certificate, GED, or equivalent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required Basic Life Support certification Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred Additional Qualifications 2 years of experience preferred Prior experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in Florida preferred Minimum required experience: 2 years.
