Your Role

• Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests across chemistry, hematology, immunology, and other essential areas following established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of test results through thorough analysis, troubleshooting any errors, and performing regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, train new staff or students, and help maintain the lab's rigorous quality standards.
• Uphold a safe and clean laboratory environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within your first year.
• Maintain your certification throughout your employment.
