Now Hiring: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – High-Volume Restaurant – Warner Robins, GA

Base Salary: $65,000–$70,000 + Strong Bonus Program + Full Benefits

We’re a fast-growing restaurant group seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team in Warner Robins, Georgia. As AGM, you’ll play a critical leadership role in our Warner Robins, GA location. You’ll work directly with the General Manager to drive performance, train and develop team members, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment. We're looking for professionals who lead from the front, thrive under pressure, and understand what it takes to succeed in a hands-on kitchen that doesn’t cut corners.

What You’ll Do:

• Support all facets of daily operations in a high-volume, scratch kitchen

• Lead and develop FOH and BOH teams to deliver top-tier guest service

• Maintain operational excellence through attention to detail and accountability

• Assist with scheduling, inventory, financials, and compliance

• Work closely with the GM to uphold brand standards and company values
