Job Duration: 4 Months (Possibilities of Extension)
Shift: Monday - Friday: 5:30am – 2:30pm EST; 6:00am – 3:00pm EST; 6:30am – 3:30pm EST
Saturday’s rotations will be staffed at the TTV Titusville site 6:00am – 12:00pm EST

Job Description:

The Patient Services Representative II-Floater (PSR II) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
Draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
Creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures and performing blood draws in a safe, skillful, and accurate manner.
Demonstrates Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
May be assigned to a doctor’s office, patient service center, or other locations as business needs dictate.
