Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Rotating Schedule: Monday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Tuesday 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, Wednesday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Thursday 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a caseload of approximately 8–10 patients per day
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to ensure coordinated patient care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Active Physical Therapist license issued by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions
• Current CPR/AED certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic physical therapy
