Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and concerns, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that address these issues.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing effective therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others, ensuring a personalized approach that promotes client growth.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously track their progress to adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Offer flexible teletherapy services to accommodate clients' preferences or any accessibility challenges they may face, ensuring continuity of care.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, reflecting our commitment to professionalism.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations that enhance your clinical practice.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to establish a rapport and a trusting relationship with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client concerns and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities to manage case loads efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience providing teletherapy is highly desirable, as it enhances the flexibility and reach of the care provided.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms to streamline documentation and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
• A track record of successfully developing treatment plans for clients facing varying degrees of mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
