Marketing Communications & Promotions Specialist

We are seeking a highly capable Marketing Content Specialist who can execute quickly and consistently across graphic design, video, and digital content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring marketing ideas to life with minimal direction. Graphic Design Create clean, effective marketing assets including digital ads, social media content, email graphics, and web visuals Maintain brand consistency across all creative output Balance speed and quality to meet tight deadlines Video Editing Edit both short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form video content Execute strong pacing, timing, and storytelling flow Add music, cuts, transitions, and effects with minimal oversight Optimize content for different platforms and formats Motion Graphics Develop simple animations for marketing use (text overlays, product highlights, transitions) Work within templates and adapt them efficiently Support video and social content with engaging motion elements Preferred Qualifications Ability to write simple, effective captions and headlines to support visual content Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to integrate them into creative workflows Experience working with a marketing team, brand, or agency (internship, freelance, or in-house) Basic understanding of how content supports paid ads, email marketing, and web Interest in automotive, motorsports, or performance aftermarket industry What We’re Looking For A doer—someone who can execute without overthinking Strong attention to detail with the ability to move quickly A collaborative mindset with openness to feedback Someone who understands that effective marketing content is about performance, not just aesthetics #J-18808-Ljbffr Specialty Equipment Market Association
