Candidate’s base salary range is $80,000.00 to $110,000.00. Candidates would also receive 40% origination credit and 3% on all fees earned. Ideal Candidate: Experience: 0-3 years of personal injury law experience, Plaintiff or Defense side (candidates with strong litigation skills and trial experience are preferred). Skills: Strong organizational, negotiation, communication, and litigation skills are required. Dedication: A commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving the best possible outcomes for injured individuals.
