$48-$52/hour

LTC Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team at GlenRidge/Courtyard in Medford, MA. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services within a skilled nursing setting focused on improving resident mobility, strength, safety, and overall functional performance.

Position Responsibilities:

Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment goals
Provide therapy interventions focused on gait training, balance, strengthening, endurance, transfers, and mobility training
Collaborate with PTA staff, nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident care plans
Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records in compliance with facility standards

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license required
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
