Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) – Multiple Maryland Locations This position is reserved exclusively for licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). Licensed Maryland Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants COTAs relocating to Maryland Recent graduates from accredited OTA programs pursuing Maryland licensure COTAs seeking experience in SNF, ALF, retirement communities, hospital-based rehab, outpatient, pediatric, home health, or mixed-setting rehabilitation roles Clinical Responsibilities Implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting Assist patients with ADLs, functional skills, safety, and independence Document patient care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards Collaborate with OTs, rehab staff, nursing teams, and interdisciplinary care providers Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program Active Maryland COTA license, or eligibility/pending licensure Ability to work full-time in one of the listed Maryland markets Authorized to work in the United States Why Interview Through Relient Health?
