You'll address concerns quickly, implement improvements, and cultivate lasting customer loyalty.Stay Compliant and Competitive: Keep operations aligned with local, state, and industry regulations while identifying opportunities to strengthen compliance and operational best practices.What You BringBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.5+ years of leadership experience in home services, construction, or a related industry required.Strong understanding of electrical and plumbing systems and relevant regulatory requirements.Proven ability to manage budgets, drive profitability, and deliver operational excellence.A hands-on, solution-oriented leadership style that brings out the best in your team.Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.Working knowledge of employment law (EEO, ADA, etc.) and HR best practices.Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn internal systems and reporting tools.Why Join Tri-State?
