Responsibilities include managing post-surgical and acute medical patients (orthopedics, urology, GYN/ONC, neurosurgery, vascular surgery, ENT, plastics, and GI), titrating drips (heparin, occasional nitro, Cardizem, insulin), maintaining 1:5–6 ratios on nights, and floating to other adult medical/surgical units as required. Clean and professional scrubs of any color accepted.
