CNC Setup Operator (m/f/d) - Plant Hemer (Germany)

For our plant in Hemer, we are looking for a full-time CNC Setup Operator (m/f/d) for CNC Machining Centers to start as soon as possible. Your Responsibilities: Setting up and tooling CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, robots, Zippel washing systems, and leak testing systems Maintaining production while ensuring quality, delivery costs, and on‑time delivery Training employees on production machines Approving production processes while considering quality, occupational safety, and environmental aspects Identifying production disruptions and initiating corrective measures (tool changes, etc.) Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks according to maintenance schedules Process optimization (process flows, tool and program optimization) Active participation within the team Your Profile: Completed vocational training in a recognized metalworking profession with at least three years of training (preferably cutting machine operator or toolmaker) Experience with CNC machining centers Very good German language skills Resilience, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills Willingness to work in a multi‑shift operation What We Offer: Attractive remuneration in accordance with the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry (NRW), pay grade 09 Access to our diverse employee benefits Company restaurant on site Innovative technologies A welcome bonus of €4,000 upon joining Interested?
