Product Owner (Senior Level)

As a Senior Product Owner at Client, you will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, strategy, and delivery of innovative products and solutions for our clients in the financial services industry. Leveraging your expertise in Agile methodologies and stakeholder collaboration, you will translate business needs into actionable features, prioritize backlogs, and ensure successful product delivery. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, a deep understanding of product ownership, and a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and user needs.
• Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria, working closely with Agile teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, and team capacity.
• Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user-centric solutions that deliver value and enhance customer experience.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews to support team collaboration and alignment.
• Partner with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution of sprints and effective delivery of features.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future development.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What You'll Bring With You:

• Technical and Analytical Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on Agile product development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience analyzing data and user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize development efforts.
• Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and navigate complex priorities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into actionable plans.

• Preferred Qualifications:
