We are seeking a.... Part Time Server to join our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences rooted in thoughtful, heartfelt hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, attentive, and passionate about creating meaningful connections with guests.

The Server works closely with the front-of-house and culinary teams to provide seamless, intuitive service while upholding Lyle's culture, mission, and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Server - Essential Functions

• Welcome guests in a warm, personable, and genuine manner
• Anticipate guest needs and create thoughtful, memorable experiences
• Guide guests through the menu, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on preferences
• Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain a strong understanding of menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and seamless service
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Comply with all company policies and service standards

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred, but not required
• Hotel experience is not required - a fun, welcoming personality is a must
• Knowledge of brasserie-style dining is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain poised, calm, and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
• Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation
$10.00 per hour
