Position: Front Desk.
Schedule: 3:00PM - 11:00PM - Thursday- Sunday.
Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Are you organized, customer-focused, and ready to take the lead in a fast-paced hospitality environment? Sandpoint Hotel & Suites is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in the heart of downtown Sandpoint!

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
• Handle guest questions and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain smooth front desk operations during shift hours.
• Perform daily front desk duties including reservations, answering phones, and processing payments.
• Support additional front desk and hospitality duties assigned by management.
• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support additional front desk and hotel duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a team environment.
• Knowledge of the Sandpoint area and local attractions is a bonus.
