Senior Data Science Lead

Location: Rahway, NJ / WestPoint, PA onsite Long term contract

Primary & Secondary Skill: Strong core data science and machine learning experience, solid Python + scikit-learn + deep learning framework skills

Experience with scikit-learn and at least one deep learning framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

Hands-on experience delivering real-world data science and machine learning solutions

Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and model evaluation

Practical experience building or supporting LLM / Generative AI use cases

Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and LLM evaluation, and strong ability to work across business and technical teams

Preferred candidates will also bring:

• MLOps / cloud / deployment experience
• Experience in regulated or manufacturing/pharma settings
• Practical delivery of production GenAI applications
