Registered Nurse - Surgical Services

Location: California

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day shift: 3x12-Hour (06:45 - 18:45)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various surgical procedures and be able to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing surgery.

Responsibilities:

Provide care and monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures.
Assist the surgical team with various tasks, including surgical instrumentation.
Administer medications and provide post-operative care as needed.
Educate patients and their families regarding post-operative care and recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in surgical nursing.
Current State RN license.
BCLS certification required.
Ability to float to other facilities as needed.
