Human Resources Business Partner

To support field operations leaders, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will drive alignment between human capital strategies and business needs, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Identify trends and implement key action plans in partnership with regional and divisional leaders using HR data Counsel leadership on performance management, including coaching and career development Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver key talent initiatives and workforce planning programs Required Qualifications 4+ years of relevant human resources experience in a multi-site organization Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; HR certification preferred Strong understanding of HR programs, including compensation and performance management Experience providing HR consultation on strategic initiatives to leadership Knowledge of employment law as it applies to policy administration
