Tsunami Catering is looking for dependable, professional team members who take pride in their work and enjoy creating exceptional experiences for our clients.

This is more than a serving position. We are looking for team members who can be trusted to represent Tsunami Catering professionally, solve problems, take ownership, and help create exceptional client experiences.

No two days are exactly alike. One day may involve delivering food, another assisting with event setup, serving guests, or supporting our team behind the scenes. Flexibility, professionalism, and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, takes ownership of responsibilities, and is comfortable interacting with clients, coworkers, and event guests in a professional manner.

Location: Tri-Cities, WA

Hours: Part-time. Hours vary based on events and business needs, with opportunities for additional hours and responsibilities as the company grows.

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour , with opportunities for advancement based on performance, reliability, and additional responsibilities assumed over time.

✔ Event setup and teardown
✔ Buffet service and guest interaction
✔ Driving company vehicles for food deliveries and event support
✔ Loading and unloading catering equipment and supplies
✔ Assisting with event execution
✔ Washing dishes and assisting with post-event cleanup
✔ Maintaining cleanliness and organization in work and event areas
✔ Following event timelines and instructions
✔ Representing Tsunami Catering professionally at all times

As a growing small business, our team members are expected to work together and assist wherever needed. While each role has primary responsibilities, successful team members are flexible, willing to pitch in, and take pride in helping the team achieve exceptional results for our clients.

✔ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
✔ Ability and willingness to drive company vehicles for deliveries and event support
✔ Reliable transportation to and from work
✔ Ability to successfully pass a background check
✔ Ability to lift and carry catering equipment and supplies
✔ Dependable attendance and punctuality
✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional early mornings
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preference will be given to candidates with hospitality, catering, customer service, event, delivery, or related experience.
