Unlimited referral bonuses starting at $1,000 per technician Optional dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance Wellness plan with reimbursement for physical & gym memberships What We're Looking For 4-7+ years’ experience in either (or multiple) : Commercial Refrigeration (walk in freezers/coolers, reach in freezers/cooler s and ice machines) Commercial HVAC (split systems, package units, make-up air units, exhausts systems, building balancing, etc.) Commercial Cooking Equipment ( fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc. ) A strong desire to continue company provided education on commercial HVAC systems , refrigeration units and/or hot side equipment Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and/or refrigeration systems Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to work on-call Excellent communication and customer service skills EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants if applicable Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record A bility to pass a background check TWC Services, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
