Volt is immediately hiring Machine Operators in Henderson, CO .

As a Machine Operator you will:

• Follow all companies’ safety policies and procedures
• Treat process water by adding flocculant, checking pH levels, and logging discharge per SOP
• Inspect tile quality on the dry side and maintain the sealer area, including cleaning the booth
• Operate strapping machines to secure pallets of tile
• Perform quality checks and package tile as a Kiln Exit Operator
• Clean equipment and work areas daily to maintain safe operations
• Identify and report equipment or process issues to supervisors or leads
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs

This is a full-time, Temp-to-hire opportunity. Monday-Saturday 5:00am-2:30pm

Machine Operator candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Ability to read, understand, and follow simple instructions
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience (tile or color production preferred)
• Forklift experience preferred (6+ months)
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive movements and remain active throughout the shift

Pay for this position is $20/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
