Operations Administrative Coordinator – Bridgeport, WV | $20.00/Hour | Full-Time
A leading industrial company in Bridgeport, WV is seeking an Operations Administrative Coordinator to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized administrative professional with experience in accounts payable, payroll support, shipping and receiving, customer service, and invoicing . Pay & Schedule
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Bridgeport, WV
Responsibilities
Process and maintain accounts payable (AP) transactions
Track and approve payroll information for accuracy
Coordinate shipping and receiving activities
Prepare and process customer invoices
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
Maintain vendor information using ERP software
Answer incoming calls and assist with daily administrative operations
Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and professionally
Qualifications
Previous administrative or office support experience required
Experience with accounts payable, payroll tracking, invoicing, or shipping and receiving preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
Experience with Oracle or other ERP software is a plus
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position
