Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week Home Health contract, requiring at least 1 year of experience and active OR licensure.

Details

• Care setting: Home Health, with travel to patients' homes for therapy sessions
• Monday through Friday schedule with 8 or 10-hour shift options
• Approximately 5 patient visits per 8-hour day, averaging 5 cases per day
• Charting system: Netsmart (formerly Allscripts)
• 40 hours per week

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Active Oregon (OR) PT license required; license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic EMR familiarity is a plus; Netsmart (formerly Allscripts) is the primary charting system used
• Must be a fast learner and self-starter with the ability to get up to speed quickly

• Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel to patient homes
