Direct Support Professional

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. DSPs help individuals with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, transportation, community outings, and maintaining a safe and clean home environment.

Responsibilities include:

Assist individuals with daily living and personal care needs
Prepare meals and assist with household duties
Support individuals during community activities and appointments
Follow individual care and behavior support plans
Complete basic daily documentation
Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older
Reliable and responsible
Able to pass required background clearances
Valid driver’s license preferred
DSP experience is preferred but not required
Training will be provided
