Accounting Specialist

Salary: $25-27hr What your future day will look like: Process vendor invoices and reconciling credit card statements Set up new project baseline, budgets and client invoices Establish and maintain good working relationships with project managers and client accounting personnel to facilitate the collection of B2B invoices. Make collection calls or send emails to facilitate receipt of payments. Researches and resolves client disputes and discrepancies. Escalates issues to Controller in a timely manner.
