Requirements Coverage Needed: All Locations: HPMC, GCMC, CCH Possible Call shift: 5p-8a high volume: approx 15-20 patients Non-Invasive Cardiology / no APP with Locums coverage Primarily only in-patient but need to note a possible OP if needed coverage **Please have your provider discuss cases with manager(s) during interview and ask all questions** November 21-22 HPMC November 28-29 rounding Only 8a-5p HPMC December 4th (December 4th only starting at 5p for call)-December 7th (December 7th only until 8a) HPMC **Shift may change TBD** December 12-13 CCH Campus December 19-20, rounding only 8a-5p, HPMC Campus December 21-25 GCMC Campus December 26-27, rounding only 8a-5p, HPMC Campus MUST HAVE LEE ATTESTATION FORM and UPDATED CV to SUBMIT. ONLY CLEAN NPBD REPORT/NO MALPRAC ORIENTATION: BILLABLE up to 4hours MAX
