Competitive Pay Based on Experience Shift Differential Pay Hiring full-time, part-time, or per diem Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work! 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday Up to $5,000 in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift 401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions Medical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life and other voluntary Insurance Fun work environment with contests and employee appreciation events each week Essential Functions of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans Assess and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications Administers medications Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents Documents that treatment as required Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner Others duties as assigned Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Valid LPN license for the state of Missouri Valid CPR certification Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may start as early as NEXT WEEK! #J-18808-Ljbffr MGM Healthcare
