What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll be part of our Manufacturing team located in Chesterfield, MI. You'll get to:

• General plant star knowledge.
• Understand and operate weight scale, boxing indexers, and automated baggers.
• Understand work orders.
• Visually inspect parts for various defects and occasionally required to instruct others in performing operations.
• Inform QA, Supervisors and Process Techs when issues arise.
• Label and package.
• Remove bins as they fill and contact Material Handler to move completed bins to Weigh Pack area.
• Extra checks on two shot molding jobs
• Restock supplies for the oncoming shift.
• Maintains housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic form.
• Understand and follow written and verbal instructions when receiving assignments.
• 2+ years' experience working in manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills
