Tax ManagerLead a diverse tax portfolio with a team that values your expertise. A well-respected regional CPA and advisory firm is hiring a Tax Manager in the Columbus area. You'll join a respected team serving a wide range of clients, with the support and visibility to keep building your career.What You'll Do:- Oversee tax planning, preparation and review for corporate, partnership, trust and individual clients- Perform final-level review of workpapers and returns and clear review comments- Conduct complex tax research and advise clients- Supervise, mentor and develop seniors, staff and interns- Manage engagement budgets and billing, and help win new workWhat You Bring:- Active CPA license- About 5-7 years of public accounting tax experience- Strong research and communication skills- Experience leading teams and client relationshipsWhy Join:- Hybrid work arrangement- Clear advancement path and mentoring from experienced leaders- Diverse middle-market client base across many industries- Collaborative culture that invests in professional developmentPay: $128K - $150K + bonus potential
