Product Director (Retail Banking)

What you’ll be doing

• Owning product strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation across a retail banking focused portfolio .

• Leading cross-functional delivery with engineering, operations, and commercial teams.

• Translating market realities, customer needs, and operational constraints into clear product decisions.

• Acting as a credible product voice in front of senior stakeholders who understand retail banking deeply.

• Measuring product performance and continuously improving based on adoption, outcomes, and feedback.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on exposure to retail banking operations , particularly in physical or branch-based contexts.

• Product experience in B2B environments .

• Experience working with or for financial institutions beyond purely digital channels.

• A track record of delivery, not just strategy decks.

Salary: Circa $200,000 base + bonus + relocation allowance
