Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for full-time, on-site urgent care in North Carolina. Providers work independently as the sole clinician, managing acute and episodic patient care with support from established protocols, a dedicated team, and access to clinical leadership. Clinical duties include: Assessing, diagnosing, and treating urgent conditions Performing procedures such as laceration repair Ordering tests and prescribing medications Patient education The practice environment supports about 3–4 patients per hour with fully equipped clinics, EMR systems, and efficient workflows. The schedule involves 3 shifts per week (12 hours), rotating weekends, with no on‑call duties.
