Data Science Program Lead I - Neurology

AbbVie seeks a Data Science Program Lead I to lead clinical data strategy and operations for neurology studies. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing study timelines and quality, and mentoring data science staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned CDSO study teams and serve as single point of contact for study operations
- Coordinate and manage global functional teams to meet program and study objectives
- Use analytics and project management tools to track progress, manage resources, and prepare status reports
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations, GCP guidelines, and organizational SOPs
- Coach and mentor Data Science Associates and oversee contract resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, life sciences, or equivalent field
- 3+ years pharma, clinical research, or data management experience
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and clinical technology
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence without direct authority
- Effective communication and analytical skills
- PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
