Operational Cost Accounting Analyst

Job Title

PepsiCo is looking for a professional to oversee the product costing function for Quaker, Gatorade, PCNA, Joint Venture, and Frito Lay Warehouse.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include performing standard costing functions, creating and maintaining complex Bill of Materials, reviewing cost estimates, assisting Operations on issues relating to bill of materials and costing, leading set-up of new copackers, leading the development of the Annual Operating Plan, supporting initiatives to improve accuracy of standard costs, and collaborating with counterparts in Manufacturing, Planning, and Global Procurement.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, CPA required, 2+ years of experience, and this position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications include public accounting experience with Big 4 firm, experience with SAP Product Costing, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent accuracy and attention to detail, a proven ability to work well in a team environment across functions, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
