About the Role: As a 7-3 LPN/RN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide skilled nursing care to our patients. You will be responsible for administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also be an integral part of our patient-centered care team, working collaboratively with our rehabilitation therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
