• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to patients in accordance with individualized diets and preferences

• Maintain accurate records of patient food intake and tray inventory

• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and implement special diets and meal programs

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers
