Client Experience Specialist

We are looking for a Client Experience Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This person will be the friendly, dependable voice behind our client service: welcoming new clients, keeping requests moving, following up with clients by phone and email, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This role is built around people and follow-through. If you genuinely enjoy talking with and helping people, take pride in being organized and reliable, and want to own the details that make clients feel cared for, we would love to meet you. The role begins at approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity for responsibilities and hours to grow as the firm’s needs develop.

What You’ll DoClient Onboarding & Servic e

· Guide new clients through onboarding and account opening, making the process smooth, clear, and welcoming.

· Handle account maintenance and client service requests from start to finish.

· Collect, organize, and follow up on paperwork and documents needed from clients.

· Stay on top of recurring client-service items seeing them through to completion.

· Coordinate with CPAs and other client professionals as needed.

Client Communication & Meetings

· Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for clients, proactively calling clients when follow-up is needed.

· Schedule client meetings and follow up to keep client relationships on track.

· Prepare for client meetings and handle post-meeting follow-up, ensuring every action item and promise to a client is completed.

Workflow & Operations

· Manage the firm’s CRM and workflow tools, keeping open items organized and moving until they are complete.

· Track service requests, deadlines, and follow-ups so that nothing is dropped.

· Help the advisors and team improve our workflows and the client experience over time by spotting friction points and suggesting better ways of doing things.

· Perform all work in a manner consistent with applicable regulatory requirements, internal controls, and our high standards of confidentiality and client care.

Who You Are

· Outgoing and personable. You genuinely enjoy talking with and helping people, and clients enjoy talking with you.

· Comfortable proactively picking up the phone and calling clients.

· Friendly and professional over both phone and email.

· Organized and dependable, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.

· Proactive and willing to take ownership.

· Comfortable learning new systems and technology.

· Experienced in customer service, client service, or another people-oriented professional environment.

Pay: $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
