Responsibilities

• Ongoing training (OEM certification + state certification)
• Performing work with efficiency and accordance with Al Serra and OEM policy
• Quality control
  • 100% fixed right first time
  • Test drive vehicle
• Effective communication with production managers and estimators
• Meets or exceeds established CSI score targets

Qualifications

• Values integrity, drive, team player
• Ability to learn and follow body shop process
• Ability to learn and utilize diagnostic tools and special equipment
• Possesses ASE (level 2 or above) or state technician certification(s)
• Body shop experience with import or domestic brands and automotive service-related operations
• Experience in dealership systems
