Job Description
We are seeking a Med Tech / Live In House Manager to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the residential care facility.
*Starting pay will be dependent upon experience and level of involvement in the role.
Responsibilities:
Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities
Cooking, cleaning, and basic housework (All ADLs - Adult Daily Living Activities)
Monitor and report changes in patient health status
Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
Provide specialized healthcare such as passing/distributing & supervising medication
Must Live In part-time or full time on the premises with the Residents.
Qualifications:
Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
Positive and patient demeanor
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to handle physical workload
Bilingual is a huge plus
Must work well with upper management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
